SERVICES SKIN TYPING All skin is not created equal. Based on Dr. Leslie Baumann's book, The Skin Type Solution, Associated SkinCare's skin typing is based on years of dermatologic research that has defined 16 skin types. This is not a typical spa-level skin survey. Defining your skin type enables us to detail exactly what skin care products will work - and those that won't work - for you. An introduction to skin typing is part of a complimentary consut with one of our aestheticicians.
PHYSICIAN CONSULTATION Schedule an appointment with a physician to discuss your skin concerns in detail and develop a skin-wellness program customized to suit your needs. Aesthetic skin issues can be explored using a state-of-the-art digital imaging system, allowing the physician to document and serially track the benefits of the prescribed treatments. PRESCRIPTION COSMECEUTICALS Once skin typed, you will have access to a number of pharmaceutical grade cosmetics customized to your skin. While the basic skin care program consists of products commonly available over the counter, our aestheticians may recommend stronger products depending upon your skin type and the condition of your skin. Customized skin care programs may include lines from Topix, Dermalogica, MD Forte and many more. |
